Complaints
The Inner City Legal Centre is committed to ensuring that any individual or organisation using our services or affected by our operations has the right to access a complaint resolution process that is accessible, equitable, fair, accountable and transparent.
Complaints can be addressed to:

When responding to your complaint, the ICLC will:
- Consider all complaints received
- Treat complainants with respect, recognising that the issue of complaint is important to them
- Keep the complaint confidential
- Deal with complaints in a timely way
- Keep complainants informed about the progress of their complaint
- Inform the complainant of any further action you may be able to take, including the appeals process
