Have you been treated unfairly by you boss? Have you been underpaid or denied superannuation? Have you been sexually harassed or discriminated against?
Our employment lawyers can give you advice and information across a range of problems such as:
- Unfair dismissal | Being fired unfairly
- Sham contracting | Being forced to be an independent contractor when you should be an employee
- General protections
- Unpaid wages | Being paid incorrectly or not at all
- Discrimination including sexual harassment, bullying, and employment contracts.

Who can we help?
We can help you if you:
- live within the Inner City Legal Centre's catchment area, and meet our financial eligibility criteria, or
- live in New South Wales, are experiencing vulnerability and meet our financial criteria (see Employment Rights Legal Service below).


Employment Rights Legal Service (ERLS)
ERLS is a partnership between Kingsford Legal Centre, Inner City Legal Centre, and Redfern Legal Centre.
We provide employment law advice to employees experiencing vulnerability anywhere in NSW.
