Client Feedback Survey

You recently got assistance from the Inner City Legal Centre. Your opinion on the quality and accessibility of our service is important to us, so we are asking for your feedback through this survey. The information we gather from the survey will be used to improve our services and share with our partners so that we can continue to advocate for our community.

The survey is quite brief and will take no more than 5 minutes.

All your survey responses are completely anonymous, unless you opt-in for an interview. So taking part in the survey will not impact your ability to access our services in the future.

Most of the questions ask your opinion of the support you received, then there are a few questions where you can write the response in your own words. Please try to answer all questions but if there is a question you can’t or don’t want to answer, you don’t have to!

There is also an option to sign up for a one-on-one telephone interview, which will take about 20-30 minutes. You will be compensated for your time, if you choose to take part.
