You are one of our valued service providers for the Law 4 Health justice partnership.

Your opinion on the quality and accessibility of our service is very important to us, so we are asking for your feedback through this survey. The information we gather from the survey will be used to inform and improve our services so that we can continue to advocate for our shared community.

The survey is quite brief and will take no more than 5 minutes. All your survey responses are completely anonymous, unless you opt-in for an interview.

Most of the questions ask about how the ICLC is helping you stay legally informed and educated to help you support your service users. Please try to answer all questions but if there is a question you can’t or don’t want to answer, you don’t have to! There is also an option to sign up for a one-on-one telephone interview, which will take about 20-30 minutes.
